The Story of JINFUEN
Some companies begin with a product.
Our story began with machining.
Our manufacturing roots date back to 1998 in Laizhou, Shandong, China, where our early work focused on what remains at the heart of our business today: mechanical machining, equipment manufacturing, repair, and custom mechanical design.
In those early years, our work was built around lathes, milling machines, steel, shafts, bearings and mechanical components.
It taught us a simple lesson:
A reliable machine starts with reliable parts.
Today, Laizhou Jinfuen Machinery Co., Ltd. carries forward that manufacturing experience. Public company information traces Jinfuen's manufacturing roots to its predecessor, Laizhou Baokang Machinery, established in 1998, while the present Jinfuen company entity was established later.
How We Found Our Focus in Diamond Wire Saw Technology
Over the years, our machining experience brought us into contact with many different types of industrial machinery.
Among them, one technology gradually became an important focus for us: the diamond wire saw.
At first sight, a wire saw machine may appear simple — a motor, a diamond wire, several wheels and a feeding system.
But anyone who has worked with wire saw cutting knows that real performance depends on much more.
The concentricity of the drive wheel matters.
The groove profile matters.
Bearing quality matters.
The alignment of the guide pulleys matters.
The wear resistance of the polyurethane or rubber liner matters.
